Return and Refund Policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We accept both local and international orders. Before placing an order, please refer to the information below to learn more about the shipping and delivery services offered by STORE.

Hong Kong Orders:
Free pick-up service is available during office hours from Monday to Friday.
For delivery, we utilize SF EXPRESS. Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost, which depends on the total weight of the product(s).

International Orders:
All international buyers are required to pay the shipping fee, which depends on the total weight of the product(s) and the shipping destination.
Delivery time varies based on the shipping destination.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. An original receipt is required for product exchange within 14 days of the purchase date.

2. Products can only be exchanged if they are unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original selling condition with all tags and
     packaging (if applicable) intact.

3. Customers should contact STORE via email before requesting an exchange through the STORE online system. They should then
     send the returned product(s) directly to STORE by PolyU Fashion (i.e., Kickstarter Fashion Consultancy Limited) for the exchange.
     The mailing address will be provided to customers via email.

4. If the price of the exchanged item is lower than the original item, the difference will not be refunded.

5. Except in the following circumstances, customers are responsible for the shipping costs, foreign exchange fluctuations (if any),
    and any surcharges, fees, or charges imposed by the credit/debit card issuer for the exchange:

     - There is a discrepancy between the received product and the original order (including but not limited to product size, model,
        style, color, and quantity).

     - The delivered product is defective (including but not limited to poor quality and products damaged in transit).

     - The delivered product does not match the description (including but not limited to product use and features).

Any dispute with the Customer regarding returned products and exchanges shall be handled by the Designer. Neither STORE nor Kickstarter Fashion Consultancy Limited shall be responsible to the Customer for product returns and refunds.

This policy may be amended by STORE from time to time and will be effective as of the date of such amendments.
