SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Do you charge for local shipping?
We offer free local shipping for purchases over HK$1000. For orders below HK$1000, buyers need to bear the shipping cost, which is calculated based on the total weight of the purchased product(s).
Which logistics company do you use?
We ship our products via SF Express.
Can I pick up the purchased product(s) in person?
Yes. You can pick up the product(s) at STORE during office hours (Monday to Friday). Please note that we do NOT offer such services on weekends and public holidays.
Do you accept overseas delivery?
Yes. For overseas buyers, we will provide you with a suggested delivery list when you are placing orders with us. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation notice. Please note that overseas buyers need to pay for the shipping cost, and its amount depends on the delivery location and the total weight of the purchased product(s).
RETURN AND REFUND
How do I return a product?
Customers can return the product within 14 days from the purchase date and seek refund subject to the terms and conditions of the Return and Refund Policy. Customers should contact STORE via email before requesting refunds through STORE online system, and send their returned products directly to FASHION'ed STORE (i.e. Kickstarter Fashion Consultancy Limited) for returned goods and refund the customer. The mailing address will be sent to customers via email.
What conditions should the product(s) be returned in?
The product(s) must be returned in the original condition, with original undamaged box and/or packaging and with all tags attached.
How do I get my refund?
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method.
Is there any occasion that you do not accept return and refund?
Payment made using coupons cannot be refunded.
How long does it take to process my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment and may take additional processing time depending on your payment method and bank. The estimated processing time for payment using the credit card or Alipay is 7-10 business days.
