SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Q: Do you charge for local shipping?
A: Buyers need to bear the shipping cost, which is calculated based on the total weight of the purchased product(s).
Q: Which logistics company do you use?
A: We ship our products via SF EXPRESS.
Q: Can I pick up the purchased product(s) in person?
A: Yes, you can pick up the product(s) at the store during office hours (Monday to Friday). Please note that we do NOT offer such
services on weekends and public holidays.
Q: Do you accept overseas delivery?
A: Yes, we accept overseas delivery. For overseas buyers, we will provide you with a suggested delivery list when you place orders
with us. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation notice. Please note that overseas buyers need to pay
for the shipping cost, and the amount depends on the delivery location and the total weight of the purchased product(s).
RETURN AND REFUND
Q: What can I do if I am not satisfied with the size of the product?
A: Customers can exchange the product within 14 days from the purchase date, subject to the terms and conditions of the
Exchange Policy. Customers should contact the store via email before requesting an exchange through the store's online system
and send their returned products directly to the STORE by PolyU Fashion (i.e., Kickstarter Fashion Consultancy Limited) for the
exchange. The mailing address will be sent to customers via email.
Q: What conditions should the product(s) be returned in for the exchange?
A: The product(s) must be returned in the original condition, with the original undamaged box and/or packaging, and with all tags
attached.
Q: How long does it take to process my exchange?
A: Please allow 5-10 working days for the processing time, depending on the condition.
