Shipping and Delivery
We welcome both local and international orders. Please review the information below to understand the shipping and delivery services provided by STORE before making a purchase.
Hong Kong Orders
- Free pick-up service is available during office hours from Monday to Friday.
- For deliveries, we use SF EXPRESS. Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost, which is calculated based on the total weight of the product(s).
International Orders
- All international buyers are accountable for the shipping fee, which is determined by the total weight of the product(s) and the shipping destination.
- Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination.
Refund Policy
- Original receipt is needed for product refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
- We do not facilitate product exchanges. In the event of minor defects in the product(s), please reach out to us for repair services. All fees and repair specifics will be confirmed by the Designer.
- Products can only be refunded provided that they are unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original selling condition with all tags and packaging (if applicable) intact.
- Discounted items, coupons, gifts, and overseas items are not eligible for refunds.
- If you need to return the item(s), an online application (via email) is required. After approval of your application within seven days, all refunds must be made in person at the shop. Shipping returns are not allowed.
- Any dispute regarding the refunds shall be handled by the Designer. Neither STORE by PolyU Fashion nor Kickstarter Fashion Consultancy Limited will be responsible to the Customer for product refunds. STORE by PolyU Fashion (Kickstarter Fashion Consultancy Limited) reserves the right of final decision.
