Shipping and Delivery

Is online purchase free of delivery fee?

Store pick-up is free of charge. For delivery, buyers are responsible for the shipping cost, calculated based on the total weight of the purchased product(s).

Which courier company is used for delivery service?

We use SF EXPRESS for local delivery.

Can I pick up the order in person?

Yes, orders can be picked up at the store during office hours (Monday to Friday).

Repair and Refund

What can I do if I want to repair my accessories order?

Customers can contact us for repair services. All fees and repair specifics will be confirmed by the Designer. Please email us before requesting a repair.

Under what conditions can the order be refunded?

Products are eligible for refund if they are unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original selling condition with all tags and packaging (if applicable) intact.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Please allow 5-10 working days for processing, depending on the condition.
